These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The date shown at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The transaction is binding once you have received your order confirmation. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all provided information, including name, email address and delivery address, is correct.

Prices and Taxes

All prices on the Website are stated in DKK.
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may be added at checkout depending on the size of the order and the selected delivery method.


Payment

When paying by card, the amount will be reserved on your account at the time of purchase and charged when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We accept credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and similar secure payment methods. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. The Website is protected by SSL encryption, ensuring that your payment details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by third parties.

Basic 24/7 reserves the right to verify payment details and confirm that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.


Delivery

We ship to the Faroe Islands, Norway and Denmark using trusted shipping partners.

Delivery Time
For in-stock items, delivery is normally expected within 1–3 business days to the Faroe Islands and 3-10 days to Norway and Denmark, depending on destination and shipping method.

Please note: delivery to islands without a bridge or subsea tunnel connection (i.e. islands reached by ferry as Suðuroy, Nólsoy..) may take longer than the estimated 1–3 business days, depending on ferry schedules and weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Right of Withdrawal, Exchanges & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be free from odors such as perfume or deodorant

Returned items must be shipped back within the 30-day period.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. A return fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 14 days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Items with odor from perfume, deodorant, or similar


Complaints, Defects & Warranty

At Basic 24/7, we value quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the Website.

Your complaint should include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Each complaint is reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit


Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 DKK to cover return shipping and handling costs.


Force Majeure

Basic 24/7 shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, fire, pandemics, technical failures, or governmental actions.


Changes to the Terms

Basic 24/7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will always be available on the Website.


Disputes and Governing Law

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with applicable Faroese/Danish law, and by the competent courts.
