Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

Here's how:

  1. Email us at basic@basic24seven.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to:

Please note: return shipping costs 39 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.
